The Full House are a nightmare

Any deas onh ow to sort this? On email list for full house, I am getting a newsletter every day. I don't want to be on their mailing list anymore. I have followed their instructions to get myself removed SIX times and still nothing. I have phoned and they have said they will sort it. I am getting hacked off.

Any ideas - is there a regulatory body for emailng?

create a rule in your email client and either get it to delete the emails off the server (before you download them), or have them filtered into the spam folder.
