Congrats on the time - how is the recovery going?
It took me till wednesday to be able to walk down the stairs, one step at a time without being in pain. (and i only did a half on sunday).

[/quote] I did the Stratford HM - my time was a less stella 2:05 but just ahead the 10 min miles i was looking for. (but a few seconds slower than the winner of the London full which was sobering.
