I seem to have a bug that I can't get rid of. On Tuesday I woke up feeling nauseous, and haven't been able to eat a proper meal since. I've had half a bowel of soup, a bit of salad and a couple of bananas, but nothing substantial. I still feel rubbish. Can anyone offer any advice/tips because being ill becomes tedious after a while?

Thats your problem right there! +1. I do not recommend you drinking anything from the bowel. This could be dangerous, particularly with hot fluids. |
