Start your own thread Floppy ffs. Do one of those daft Jeeves things you do or someink
If I wanted one I'd start one, but I don't see the need. I just find this comment above out of place, unnecessary and frankly, rather rude.
P.S I'm not Jeeves.
I hope this wasn't meant to come across as rude but it sure as hell did.
If it was intended to be a "tough luck you're not the only one" statement which is how it sounded then it's bang out of order. It's no wonder your staking thread went so well.
If it was meant harmlessly then I apologise and wish you well in future staking ventures.
it was a tongue in cheek comment unlike your bitchy one mr evilpie lol
all i am saying is nobody died, nobody's dieing. there are a lot worse off people in this world than our hero snoopy. its unfortunate whats happened but its the way of the world at the moment.
i wish sincerely wish both floppy and snoopy well but cant believe some of the overreactions on this thread as though there world has ended. they are both talented guys who have irons in many fires and im sure they aren't going to starve.

I wasn't sighing at the fact I was forgotten, without trying to sound arrogant or aloft I'd know people appreciate the work that we've done when an updates finished and we always get lots of thankyous' (which do mean a lot - thankyou!).
It's the fact that the back end of your comment was needless and distasteful. We all know there's people out there in worse shape than us in the real world, there doesn't need to be an offering of that perspective. But this is a community, based on poker and in this world and on this board, the people here matter most and Snoopy is blonde, more than me, more than you, more than probably even Tikay. He kept the main page ticking, created blondepedia and did a darnsight more work than anyone else.
The way your post is phrased, about everyone seemingly overreacting to him leaving makes me think that you don't understand how much blonde needs Snoops. Snoops will be fine, it's because of blonde that he has such a great rep in the poker world, but it's a total tragedy
for blonde
that the beagle has been put down, and also becomes a pain for Rich who whilst not being paid, has to add additional tasks to his thankless job.
For many people blonde has really helped people improve their poker game, discover poker and or just make friends with lots of like-minded people, but at the moment, blonde is struggling. It's really struggling, and anyone who feels they got something from the forum, live updates or the main page who wants to help, should just go and play a few hands on the cardroom to help out Tighty, Kev and Tikay. They may have a short stack at the moment but they haven't been blinded out yet, plus they are in Tikay's comfort zone of around 7BB's.

i agree with your post. blonde is struggling hence why tikay/tighty made their decision to trim where they deemed necessary.
if you see my post as distasteful then i apologise.
at the end of the day blonde does need snoops and yourself but at the moment they cannot afford you both. when and if that changes it will be great to see you both return (if thats whay you guys want)

It's a shame that remark is in this thread and I really don't see the need to post that comment in the first place? Some people just like stirring trouble/being controversial.
To hi-jack it back in the direction it should be taking - my thanks go to both Snoops and Flops - I hope you're both back very soon to continue the excellent jobs you've both always done.

This is a real shame
For me, blondepoker IS Snoopy (and Jen). I think it's a mistake to let you go, but, I also understand the commercial reasons having had to do similiar myself in the last few months.
Good luck for the future, and I'm sure Barry Carter or someone will be in touch with plenty of journalistic offers soon!
p.s. Is PokerNews magazine no more (saw something mentioned earlier in the thread?...)

I wanted to tell you face to face what I thought but for some reason you left Walsall a little earlier than expected, ah well.
Anyway snoops I admire your abilities as a word smith and player. You have a habit of making me smile when I read your words and see you in person. You are one of life's good guys. Best wishes to you and your guns and hopefully I'll see you again soon, possibly in Cardiff.
