If you play lot of internet poker it's important to believe tells are overrated.

If he generally doesn't stare at his opponents after betting he's probably doing his best to look as scary as possible so you'll fold and cry.  If he always stares at his opponents you're better off looking at his hands for clues.  If his fingers are crossed, he's weak.
