ok Quick one How long do you you guys sit and play online for before you know its time to call it a day.

I have been playing for 16 hours now and i have to stop cos I am making bad decisions.

14 hours in one day is my cut off point although as soon as I feel I have made one bad descion due to fatigue I knock the online session on the head.

Sadly, I don't have the same discipline live and have on occasions remained seated in a game long after I should have left it.

well i am still in a couple of tourneys at the moment so I need to stay until they finish, they are paid for, Got the wife making coffe at the moment.   Cool
