Was the best way of saying 'it wasn't because the inhilator wasn't effective enough' If you see what i mean. I think this post was the best way of saying it, but I know what you mean. |

Thx for the advice so far peeps i might try the inhalator but it just looks so ghey, patches aint my kinda thang tried them before and didnt seem to do anything,
My prob is the taste in the mouth feeling, (ffs rick astley is on the news enuff to make u start smoking again) and i have got my dinner coming up so at least ill be able to eat instead of thinking about smokin

LOL the mrs has given up at the same time and she just said i should go and get 1(inhalator) if i dont know what to do with my hands,I said "i'm typing at the mo so me hands are busy",theres an answer just type FTW

Work out how much you would of spent on fags in 3 months then spend that x amount on something the boys will enjoy doing with you the thought of that should keep you determined on staying of the fags and they get something out of it. I did it over 6 months and it paid for a great holiday.

I havent had a cig in 2 months. It has been quite tough but not as bad as i thought.
THey may look daft but I have been using an electronic cig you get get them from iwantoneofthose.com (The "gamucci" one)
Nicotine tips and the thing vapourises the air and turns it into a mist and it feels and looks like you are smoking. Not quite the same but enough to take the edge off the craving.
In fact I have it with me now helping me to get through my bottle of red !!

about 60 odd quid as i rolled my own and got them duty free so the money side was never an issue giving up will cost more initially I havent had a cig in 2 months. It has been quite tough but not as bad as i thought.

Regular.
They do the job, normally i would be gagging for a smoke with a drink but am half way through a bottle, puffing away on this and not bothered in the slightest

First failing is the "giving up" phrase you are just becoming a none smoker again, by "giving up" you are depriving yourself of something making it much more of a need.
Personally i feel like i could be a walking advert for the easyway system it just seemed to make it all so simple and never had a craving for a ciggy = 2 years + now.
