What's your budget?
What do you want it for?

Seriously, what do you want it for and what's your budget?
If you were buying a car and said "what car should I buy?" - it would depend on what you wanted to use it for, and how much you have to spend. The answer could be anything from a Land rover Defender to a Rolls-Royce Phantom.

Unless you need to use it on the go - then I'd recommend a much bigger screen. If you get a 17" widescreen, you'll also benefit from a full-size keyboard.
