TRANSFERS
I am no longer able to facilitate transfers between players, this is due to the recent cashier changes.
From now on, the person who is making the transfer will have to do it themselves via the cashier page and then "MY ACCOUNT" >> "Player transfer"
YOU WILL NEED THE PLAYER SCREEN NAME
AND
EMAIL ADDRESS (the one that was used to register the account on the cardroom)
Everyone on blonde should now have this facility, and although it seems like a bit of a pain ... It does mean that anyone can make transfers at any time and not have to wait for me to be online to arrange it.

Kev,
we've been trying this most often before requesting your assistance, it always comes up with "check you have correct username and email adress" (or similar) even though we can plainly see that the info is correct.
Are online support able to facilitate these requests within a reasonable time, and what would be considered a reasonable amount of time for these to be completed?

Hopefully the upgrade will make this an easy process ... however, you should never leave transfers until the last minute for obvious reasons.

Just tried to TV to Jim and I actually got further than normal, it accepted the info and when I confirmed, it comes up that I do not have transfer privileges.....fml, more lengthy "support" convos beckon.
I've only just got back onto ipoker over the last day or 2 and want to get these done before it all goes tits up again.
Why do ipoker always make things so fucking difficult.

Why do ipoker always make things so fucking difficult.
Its not an ipoker issue, not all skins on ipoker allow transfers ... sometimes to offer customers extra features, you have to go through a few teething problems.
Happy to help as ever.
