In a bid to ave some money for holiday at end of month I decided to stay in tonight, chinese few bottles of red, and a few tournies on stars, been watching the red nose thing and apart from the england footy team meets smithy its been the worst one of these I have every seen.

Anyone else watching it?

£42million raised so far-£5 a mosquito net to prevent malaria- cant really be all that bad though can it??

note sure whether I agree for living for altruism-which some people do- but do think people should devote a bit of effort in trying to do good...doesnt have to be your hard earned!!!

Comedy not as good as previous Comic Reliefs, though stories seem much more touching (although this maybe because I have kids now).

I thought the stories were really sad this year, made me cry.

£5 is wasted so many times by me on silly luxury things, it hits hard when that same £5 couldve saved one of those children by giving it to buy a mosquito net.

That wee boy who cares for his two blind parents and brother, that broke my heart.  He even felt guilty that he is sighted.

Drive at 70 Mph instead of 110...you'll be amazed at the money you save in fuel...and...erm fines etc Wink

What I think is sad, and I absolutely include me in this, is that it takes comic relief or children in need to realise these things really do happen...
