Hand 1 is a pass for me. At best you're up against 2 under pairs so are 50 50 although between them there a much increased chance of hitting a set.

At worst you're up against KK or AA but let's not worry about that.

Middle situation is an under pair and the other guy has some of your outs.

Yes you got good pot odds but personally I'm looking for a better spot.

Hand 2 is never a flat call. What if the big stack shoves? Are you snapping him off or passing? I'd guess you're passing.

What do you class as a safe flop for KQ?

So yes like the Bold one says shove or pass. Either way just depends how you feel. Flatting is spewy.

Hand 1 I instacall, we're playing to win, not creep into 8th.

Hand 2. What position does big stack limp from? Has be been tight or loose? Answering these questions will help you know whether its a shove or a pass imo.

big stack was 2 from the button the hijack? is that whatthey call it now

he just seems to be limping or shoving preflop when he does raise(rarely) its like 6BB
he has been drinking heavily

well the first ifolded the button had 44 and the bb had jj spanked a j on the flop

the reason i folded was button insta jammed and then 3 secs later the bb calls

i dont think AK is that strong 3way

one of the two will have a pair. i could be up against KK AA(unlikely). if one of the shovers has aq ak i am not in that good shape vs the PP

the second hand was not me inthe SB it was the the same guy that pushed with 44
i couldnt believe that he would just flat call with KQ
he said he wanted to hit a flop and win a 20k pot. terrible thinking IMO

I woulda pushed or folded in his situation
u dont want to be  check fold on a missed flop

ooh well 5 hours of tourny and finished 11th weeeeeeee
