does she work in a bar/is she teaching over here?
Well she's not on holiday is she.
So she's over here for a gap year?
Three degrees already! Admittedly, one of them is in education and so doesn't count.

It's possible to be too educated.
People with over 90 degrees are obtuse.

Don't know tbh, but I'm pretty sure sending you back to Dusseldorf is further up the list of priorities.

I'd only rate it as a 5 unfortunately.
Looks to me like they're trying too hard to be Aussie by having a pet Kangaroo. This leads me to suspect they may have just moved there in their 20's and are trying to fit in.
Bit like when Scottish folk move to England and stop wearing their kilts.

We need more info though, what kind of kangaroo & where did they get it?
Asked about for you.
Apparently it's a small grey wallaby. It's not so much a pet as a wild animal that grazes on the nearby golfcourse and swings by to visit every night coz they feed it.

Won't argue, you may have a fair point because they call it Skippy.

There's small grey wallabies living wild in Scotland - you sure her folks don't live near Loch Lomond?
