ffs, googled for you!
http://www.girlsaloud.org/
the video is on there, get it out of your system, Kev use up your remaining kleenex and get back to your lives.
Apparently, you can get body paint that looks like the gaffa taped costume Cheryl (?) was wearing and it dries as latex clothing.
[ x ] I want that job if someone painted it onto Mrs Cheryl Cole.

i like the apprentice but the first ep always puts me on tilt with all the deluded arrogance about how good they are going to be etc so I have to watch it in small chunks on sky+, but anyway it really seemed like a lot of it was set up this time. Can you really set up a shoe shine business in a major london railway station without permission? If they were actually getting the £70 an hour they said without having to pay any rent or anything then it might be worth popping down there tomorrow with some shoe polish.
And it seems unlikely that cars showrooms and rental companies do not have either their own staff or a company that they get to do their cleaning for them, and it seems even more unlikely that they would pay the cleaners in cash, surely in the real world they tell you to send in an invoice and if you're lucky you might get paid in 3 months time.
Is it like this every time? I hadn't noticed before.

Yeah this is what it is pretty much like.. i assume that people want to do business with the apprentices so they can get on the tv... and throw normal business practices like invoices out the window. Why else would you agree to get those hummers washed at a price greather than you normally pay.. whats the point of that?
My overall thoughs on this episode are, didnt the one who got fired have an interesting looking mouth?
