Embedding links into a pdf

Hi - techie help please. Trying to put together a download for the clinic and I want to make it into a pdf and put in some links that will take readers to sites I have affiliate deals with.
Any ideas how I do this please? Tnx.

It's a downloadable book for people thinking of colonics/cleansing. It will cost to download so i want it to look as professional as possbile. I have asked ironside to do the proff reading....
