Meanwhile I have made up a four tab Open Office spreadsheet with colour coded boxes, sorted by answer, respondent and then score to date.

I have then cross referenced this with tab 5, my comprehensive suite of correct answers for each question together with linkage should I require it for evidential reasons during the reveal in the unlikely event there are any objections.

I have saved said five tabbed spreadsheet onto a CD Rom just in case my PC is sabotgaed by random QM abode infiltrators in the next 48 hours.

This really is fun, satisying my OCD for this week at least.
Ever heard of this: K.I.S.S.?

with the utmost respect (ie absolutely none), and having read your QMing opus, the only people I am less likely to take advice from on QMing are JonMW and Newmanseye.

thank you anyway

Someone missing for your list of illustrious QMs - and it's not Bamber Gascoigne, Magnus Magnusson, William G Stewart or Jeremy Paxman.

Ok, legal advice confirms I have a case. Therefore..........

SUPERIOR KANGAROO COURT
Case for damages in the instance of Libel

ItsMrAlex2u
Plaintiff,
V
Mr T. End
Defendant
--------------------------------
Plaintiff complains and for causes of action alleges as follows:

1. On or about 30th March 2009, defendants published
a libelous and damaging defamation of character against the plaintiff, namely that in the highly respectable world of Reverse Sheeping, the defendant publicly and shamelessly led the worldwide audience of literally a few people, to believe that the plaintiff was or could be a Googler.

2. The published matter was in the form of a post on the blonde poker forum and the aforementioned post was viewed at least 5 or 6 times (numbers may or may not be quoted in millions)

3. The entire naming of the plaintiff as “ItsMrGoogleAlex2u” is
false, and to quote legal precedent in the words of Mr I. Side  “I cant even spell goggle”

4. The accusation of being a Googler is libelous.. It clearly exposes plaintiff to hatred, contempt, ridicule, and abuse with the possible implication that the plaintiff will be harshly treated in further iterations of Reverse Sheep, Reverse Hippo or any other form of backwards animal/mammal/whale-shark. (Water based or non water based)

5. As a proximate result of the above-described
publication, plaintiff has suffered loss of $0.47 (The value of the plaintiff’s reputation pre the googler accusation). This plus damages and costs amount to a total claim against the defendant of $4,000,000.47

Trial date to be deteremined, however please consider the libel claim as served!

 thumbs up

Very similar to the method I used, well done.

Although there has been a distinct lack of illustrations since the first 2 quizzes - if you could sort that out then this could be on course to being the best quiz to date.

guilty as charged. I can transfer you $0.47 on stars if you wish? You'd be waiting quite a while for the $4m though

Oh.

No one likes a smart ass Jon, sadly

I have informed the judges of your request and they frankly struggled not to Scoff.

I will keep on at them though, though I have still to break the news that they have to stump up $4m in libel damages to a Channel Island punter with a nitty grievance.

...

The pictures were part of the original sheep quiz - I refined them slightly, but it was only because RobertHM was too incompetent to attempt it that they stopped being used.

If you could resurrect them I'm fairly sure you would be widely praised for resuming the tradition - and it would make it a lot easier for those who just can't be bothered to read all the words.

Odds on the case ItsMrAlex2u vs Tightend.

Whichever side hires Robert HM as their legal representative - 3/1

Whichever side doesn't hire Robert HM as their legal representative - 2/5
