The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

I use the i-Player for Radio. Normally catch up with Ratcliffe & Maconie. Some gems on Radio 4, Beat Mining with the Vinyl Hoover, was great.

- essentially you type in an artist you like and it plays similar stuff.
I use this the only problem it lags sometimes, which is not much fun when you have 15sngs in play.

You are far too old for all that music stuff now. Why don't you come over to the darkside and try out the glorious 5live 909am starting with the Sony award winner Simon Mayo 1pm -4pm then the great Peter Allen & Anita Annand on Drive 4-7pm. Unfortunately it goes radio Football till 10pm, this obviously goes off. I personally go to London station LBC radio for yes more talk, then i return at 10pm for the affable Richard Bacon. I'm sure you actually work far normal hours than I so why not take a pick.
I for the record i do occasionally listen to music but i just pull out one of 40 odd Bob Dylan albums i always carry. second thoughts I've just found this new band called Pink Floyd who seem pretty good so far and I predict great thing's for this band.

So I am starting to get a bit too old for Radio 1 but I still cant hack Radio 2, its time for a new radio station. Bascially I listen to most 90s+ music other than pop music (so rock, dance, hip hop etc etc, just not boyzone et al) and like funny DJs, but fooking hate local radio style DJs and anything where members of the public phone in for 3 minutes of dead air.
Is Virgin any good? I will prob be listening online so I have plenty of choice, pick me a new radio station folks.
5 Years on - have you found your way to Radio 4 yet?
I love my portable DAB radio, great to take anywhere in the house or garden. Standard operating procedure used to be, Switch on Radio 4, If Archers/Woman's Hour is on retune to Radio 4 Extra, if dire 1950's comedy is on retune to World Service as a last resort.
Now use the new BBC radio player app on my phone in combination with a bluetooth headset - so it's really impossible not to find something to listen to.

Love 6Music. Shaun Keaveney in the morning, Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show at the weekend, Nemone's Electric Ladyland, loads of guest slots (Terry Hall and Iggy Pop were two recent favourites). Even shows about cover versions you never knew existed.
Always a few songs you've never heard before in every show. Inevitably one you've forgotten about.
Here's Friday's playlist for the breakfast show:
