I won't be praying Mary but I'll certainly be hoping for all the luck in the world for you, your brother and the surgeon.
I only know too well what you are going through Mair Big strength to all concerned is needed now and Crying your eyes out at times does make you feel better, but doesn't take away the fear of the unknown or the current situation.... Be Big, be Strong,Be Brave and finally just be there for your brother and the rest of the family, but make sure somebody is there for YOU ...

Mary, I really hope your brothers operation is a success. They must think its worth a shot or wouldnt be doing it. My uncle had a brain tumour removed and he is fine years later.
I'm thinking about you, your family and your brother and wish very hard that it all okay. xxx

Thank you all so much for your messages of support. The power of positive thought is a magical thing and I am very pleased to say he came through the surgery well. I was very frightened as the neurosurgeon said the op would take 2 hours, 5 hours later we were still waiting on him coming out of theatre, was scary!
He is awake, and alert with a headache and talking 90 miles an hour (so like a Scotsman lol) and fingers crossed he will continue to do well and show no signs of any problems. Will find out more today when I visit him.
Once again, thank you so much
