Whie in the process of reorganising the set-up of my comp i also need a new chair, a decent one. Obv I cant afford an Aeron one, but do need an ergoonomic/well supported one, I like the car seat design ones but can't find one with a good review in my budget...

Happy to spend up to £150, any recommendations??#

This is my choice at the mo...  http://www.chairsupermarket.co.uk/product_details.php?item_id=105&category_id=1&category_name=Office%20Chairs&group_name=Products/Mesh%20Chairs

Thoughts please anyone...

Strongly recommend that you do not buy a chair without first sitting in it.

+1, I bought an office chair from Argos once

[X] I assembled it the wrong way around
[ ] It was comfortable once I fixed it!

Umm, apart from staples/PC world, where else will stock decent chairs?

I bought this one from Ikea - very happy with it.

I actually looked at that one, I think I was put off by no mention of movable arm rests, as I always find these never feel quite right on 'set' ones...

There not movable by any chance are they?

You can move them off the chair. Smiley

But no, they're fixed once on.

Looking for a good office chair for myself now (and unfortunately the one I recommended to Dwayne is no longer available Wink) - and as with Dwayne, I'd love an Aeron or Leap chair, but can't really justify spending £500+ on a chair.  So unless I bink a big win in the near future, what options are available for a decent ergonomic chair?
