4=    Petronas Tower 1    Kuala Lumpur     Malaysia    452 m    1,483 ft    88    1998
4=    Petronas Tower 2    Kuala Lumpur     Malaysia    452 m    1,483 ft    88    1998

ummmmm the towers are inter-connected so wouldn't this be class as one complete building???  Yes the towers themselves are separate and are 'structures' per se but 'building' is the whole compisite is it not???   Anyone know?

If it is classed as one building then empire state is in the top 10
