I think part of the answer is in the first three words of your post.
How long have you been sat down at the table?
You and oppo aren't deep enough to set mine should you decide tens are behind, so you only have two plays, fold or 4-bet, and a 4-bet here, given your stack, probably has to be a shove. (On the plus side should you call you will have position as I assume the 3-bettor was in the small blind. On the downside if you flat call don't be surprised to not be heads-up and then how good will you feel about tens?) So a shove is the only play for me if you wish to carry on.
I don't like this spot much. If you have just sat down and have no player info, then just sigh and wave goodbye to your £2 - don't worry; if the table is juicy, and knowing the £1/2s at DTD it probably is - you'll see it again.
With no player reads I pass here and wait until I do have a feel for the table. If you don't mind racing against AK or being dominated by an over pair then off you go.
So what did you do?

Don't think it's profitable to flat with your stack.
Without reads I fold or read dependant I get it in

I was levelling - nvm. I'll be boring and say what he should prob actually do - fold. I'm assuming this is £1/2 rather than £2/5?

should fold unless you have a very big tell or specific read on your opp that has sat down for 3 hands! Its more of a tournament play to shove in this spot since your stack sizes should not be that big, but in this case it is ridiculars to shove for over 100bb with TT in a coin-flip or heavily dominated spot. The beauty about cash games is patience!

Haha Cos I was offering advice here not taking a shot at your post The amount of people I see cold call for 1/4, 1/3 or half there stack then fold on the flop is laughable

the guy with tens called and the intial raiser calls
flops comes qt9
I have aces.
I jam he calls game over.
