The Rules
There are 14 questions.
PM me your answers by Tuesday 5th May 11.59pm. The subject line should be "There is a Hilton on the Vegas Strip", and please give each answer on a SEPARATE line with corresponding question number.
The reveal will take place on Wednesday 6th May at @ 19:47.
Your score for each question is number of people who give the same correct answer. So you want to go for answers that you think will be less commonly given. Levelling commonly happens. The answer most commonly given is called the sheep, with the corresponding sheep score. If you score the only ACE in any round, you will receive MINUS 1 points for that round. So a solitary ace for a round scores better than a pass.
You are not allowed to do research such as Google searches to come up with answers. Those who do will be spotted by the other contestants and no doubt pointed out. Punishment will be dealt to those deemed cheating. I will be the judge, but a jury of your peers might be drafted in to decide guilt or innocence.
If you give an incorrect answer, you will receive 10 points (or one more point than the highest scoring correct answer if this scores 10 or more).
You MUST pass on one, and only one, question and score a 0 for that question.
Any questions, post in this thread. If it's a stupid question, expect a stupid answer.
Spelling mistakes will be treated according to their severity and may invoke a penalty.
Objections are allowed, and positively encouraged
If a previous winner is victorious then its up to them if they wish to nominate a new QM r do it themselves
Please read the rules, and re-read them. Ignorance of the rules will not be an acceptable excuse for farcical objections or questions, and the judge (and jury if necessary) will be called upon to determine guilt and the punishment.
NEW JOKER RULE
You must use your joker, or I will pick someone at random for you. If you forget you start on plus ten points.
Once the entrant list is posted you may nominate another player to use your joker against and pick 2 questions that the joker is valid for. If that person gets the sheep or a FAIL for either of those 2 questions they get ten points added to their score.
