I have to say, regarding players behaviour on other sites, that O have seen a lot of people giving Mike Matusow unfair abuse. Trying to tilt him as hard as they could. I can tell you he broke FT's T&C's a fair few times but never threats of violence etc. Just a lot of swearing, which I think fair enough if people are provoking him for no reason.

In this case, James acted like a fool. He apologised and has a lot of work to do to repair his damaged reputation. Bad form but what's done is done now.
