i think there is 2 good bets on the derby card this weekend,

the first is FEAR ZAFONIC  ,the only reason this is even money is because they` r saying it does`nt like the three box ,there is no pace on the inside of it ,it can`t possibly get as much trouble as last week.shelbourne Aston is paceless in the early department .

the other is GREENWELL RIVER in the 9.15 race ,this is a very fast dog ,he broke the clock around shawfield on derby final night .if this was trained by charlie Lister it would be one of the favs for the comp.its 13/8 for the heat and 25/1 with corals to win the final ,after Saturday it will be single figures .

i think melody`s pat is the best value in the heats at 9/2 .
the one dog ninja Jamie has been missing his cubbards a bit lately ,and ja man looks like a dodge pot ,it seems to stop when he gets near the front.

the 4/5 looks very tempting  for melodys pat to quilify .

i put this in the top 2 minimum ,theres no pace in the 3 box headiton ellis.
