Thing is the people who say the girl getting knocked out is funny suddenly change their tune if it's their sister/missus who takes an uppercut from a guy. It becomes sick & outrageous then. So gg the children who think that's funny. Agree with Boldie about the bullies though. There was a story in our local paper the other day about three hoodies who tried to car-jack the ex-world Tae Kwon Do world champion who lives in the area. That was a funny story.

it never ceases to amaze me what passes for comedy in some people's eyes.
not too keen on the girls getting knocked out..but a crazy bully getting his come-uppance, I don't mind at all. The funny one is the Kapuera (spelling?) guy getting done with one punch after showboating...that's just funny. Capoeira |

If a bloke sprayed him, it would be ok for the other guy to hit him and nobody would say anything, even if the bloke was far weaker than the guy in the white shirt. Why should it be different. Why should she go round doing what she wants without any consequences. What if she had spit in his face/slapped him/punched him? Should the man just say 'well shes a woman/sovietsongs sister so I can't hit her'?? |

One of my top five most hated hackneyed and flawed arguments is when someone plays the loosely connected "what if it happened to a loved one" card. New rule is that anyone who invokes it loses two tank points. ( Mantis now on -2 tank points  ) |
