Sorry you missed out Rupert but I didn't even see your message til the early hours yesterday morning cos I'd already jetted down.

Nick got in his 5% cos he text me while I was on the way there, sorry you didn't have that advantage...


Was all-in 3 times yesterday, twice chopped the pot and then the KK hand that was in the reports. Low point was 14k, think I peaked around 41k (tighty must have imagined a couple of extra 5k chips when he said I hit 50k plus hehe), go back with just over 36k.

Thanks to backers, one time etc etc

Hopefully I will get knocked out before the money though, otherwise I'm gonna have to find some money to pay the 160% I'll owe...

lol jk obv. Dan Carter has 20% of me also, anyone who is claiming anything else is a joker and trying to make me look stupid Smiley  Was hoping Dan would keep quiet so I didn't look silly selling so much of myself hehe, but I wouldn't have played otherwise...don't worry he paid the same as everyone else...

Yesterday, after getting my KK cracked by AK and being down to 4.5k figured it was all over, but it was still a few big blinds so I guess it's never over til it's over. After a flip with 33 vs ATs to get me back in it, I never looked back. Built up to 120k over the next 3/4 levels. Interestingly I haven't bust anyone all tournament! I did try at the end, 3 betting a shortie with AQs, he shoved and had the only hand I wasn't getting the odds to call. Sigh. But 80k is 50 big blinds going back, so not worried. In the last level I was perhaps open raising preflop a little light and my table has become a bit too loose to do that now, so will be nitting it up early on I think.
