Is there a site promoting these?  Are they searchable patents on GB Esp@cenet? Am I extremely inquisitive, or just plain nosey?

Your not being nosey - thanks for asking.

Yes we have filed several worldwide patents. We are now taking the next step of looking how to best see these developed for online. The ones we would most like to see being played are a variety of poker versions that will hopefully capture the imagination of players. It's still poker, but with a few twists that will help eradicate the many flaws and furstrations that are such a big part of "normal" poker.  Hopefully many players will see these as a fun (yet serious) way to play poker. These including new tournament formats that we have no doubt players will greatly prefer to the ones avaliable at the moment. There's more to add, but suffice to say that they were all created with the player in mind.
