I may be be able to dust off my clubs as I havent played in a few years. AS long as no money is involved as I dont believe in gambling on anything other than poker anymore  Wink Maybe a forumite challenge although I am not a member of anywhere anymore so my handicap of 26 will no doubt be debated and adjusted accordingly.

I reckon golf may not be a healthy option, but if it is ,

Having played every day in spain many years ago I can assure you thats carts will be needed. Getting out of a buggy and swinging then getting back into the buggy isnt too bad. If I had to attempt to cary a bag for 18 holes I think I may well be dead before the 9th.

Does Dave Colclough play golf? In a manner, yes......

I was lured into a threeball today with Paul Maxfield & Dave Colclough, at Trentham Golf Club. Paul is a terrific player, 12 handicap, with a short game that's about 5 handiicap. He is a great chipper around the greens, tidy putter too.

El Blondie? Bit like me really, great shot, duff duff, great shot, duff duff. He lost 8 balls today EIGHT! Tikay lost nine...... And Dave scored 11 Stapleford points, off 28. I scored 10, off 22......

How did you get on in Notts Red-Dog? We are still scratching around trying to find the results. I reckon Yogi or Wolfy will be first to tell us - they usually are!

Think isa is in the 1st events as well, shes in about 18 so far. I will be over for the main event but I think I will try to qualify for the 3 others as well available on betfair (6pac format). Maybe a little friendly wager on the golf would be ok as long as I dont get paired with ironside  Grin

i aint got a passport so your safe

actaully living where i live it would be impossible for me not to be a great golfer (havent played in nearly 16 years) but when i was a kid i played an average of 54 holes a day during the summer and played of 4, there are more course round me than distillerys (and thats alot) and you can get a years membership for the cost of a round in the south of england with no need to book tee times just turn up and play.

but if you guys are going to take carts round the course you can't claim to have played the course as the carts done all the exercise, you need to try a 16 mile tab with an 80 lb pack on your back in 40 degree heat then you know you have lived

ps any lapdancers on the golf course?

I know of at least two lapdancing clubs in LV, and I'm sure there are many more now !

PS Are you feeling well enough to help me resize that pic yet ?

last time i was in vegas(about 4 years ago) we visited an establishment called De ja vu,a decent lap/pole dancing place, no alcohol allowed, but was a good laugh, i would be prepared to go back there, purely for research purposes to see how it has changed since my last visit Wink
