As some of you know I got caught driving back up to Scotland last year when we got back from Vegas doing 99mph in yorkshire. I already have 6 points on my licence so faced a ban therefore i sought out legal representation. Well they were fairly useless and i got found guilty with a recommendation of 6 points, (gg £2.5k). So today i set off on 3 train journeys (wasn't going to be driving home obv) to Northallerton Magistrates Court to plead a case of exceptional hardship. I know i should have told them that if i lose my licence i would have to sit at home and read Boldie's staking forum but went with a more standard approach.
Anyhow i got my 6 points plus a £400 fine to go with the £600 court costs HOWEVER they accepted the exceptional hardship case (ok i did mention Boldie once) and i was allowed to keep my licence. So basically I'm down about £3.5k and fucking delighted.
So to share my good fortune I am putting up 10 stakes into the $30 freezout on blonde on Friday; conditions of entry to be set by Kev but payout same as before 50% to player 25% to me and Blonde for possible further stakes.
