Played in a freezeout last night and should have won the tournament. I was chip leader and down to the last two tables. I got tired and started getting involved in hands that I should have folded. Within ten minutes my chips were nearly all gone and I ended up having to push all in and lost. Got to try and get myself more mentally fit . Anybody got any advice !

Don't play when your tired. I try to avoid the telly or other distactions, like the wife.

Focus on the whole game not just parts of it,we have all been in same situation i,m sure but why get that far when the prize increases are greater at the top.If you feel the game is really taking its toll then why not hand over the game to a friend or partner to continue. They would be fresh and do the right things as they not been at it for hours.

There's only one piece of advice needed. Don't play a tourney if you're gonna get tired at the most important part of it.

problem is most casino tournaments don't start until around 9pm and go on for up to seven or eight hours which is a problem when you have been at work all day.

Play at the weekend if you're not working or pop a handful of "Pro Plus" if you really have to play on a workday.

Try Ephedra.
