does anyone else ever get confused with betting exchages

now i know it back high sell back low
but why do i keep wiping off profits by buying when i mean to sell and when i want to sell i end up buying
is it just me that thinksthe interface inst easy to remember when your a newbie and rushing during a fast action move

just lost 2 hours work in 2 minutes on the portsmouth market when i sold off shares when there was 12k moving the market upwards when i meant to lay some off

i dont drink
its just some times i am in a hurry as the market is making a fast swing and i end up laying instead of betting or other way round

i have also bet at 3-1 when 4-1 was availalbe and laid at 1.5 when i could of laid at 1.49

just because i am rushing

I seem to remember in the distant past when I used to drink that sour mash stuff that there were two kinds.

Black and green. Never did find out the difference.

Green is lower quality!

There's also Gentleman Jack which is charcoal filtered or some such and various Single Barrel things.
