Like you I tend to have marathon sessions on the net that can stretch over 24 hrs on ocassions.

One night not long ago I was tired but couldn't get to sleep and I'm sure I was seeing things.

I was also posting on the aussie forum and stopped to read what I had written when I realised I was in the middle of a huge rant, this was most unlike me but I wasn't about to delete 2 pages of pure tripe so I posted it anyway explaining the fact that I hadn't slept for 2 days.

It seemed to work, nobody noticed any difference to my normal rants.

Keep posting, but when you start having trouble focusing on the monitor you know it's time for bed.

One of the things that make this the best forum is the traffic.

Without maniacs like smithy, the forum wouldn't be as entertaining.

Keep posting (don't listen to those who recommend sleep, sleep is for sleepy people)

i finally went to sleep about 3.30 after basically no sleep for 2 days and now feel more tired.

To make matters worse we are playing top of the league today at footy, and i have to leave at 11.30 cos its a trek to theirs.

I WANT MORE SLEEP

cheers mad

this is off topic but a good story anyways.

I used to get paid to play footy as i was in a footy academy, and half decent.

We got to a large final at portman road (ipswich) and our local ladbrokes priced the game up.

we were very lucky to get there, and the team were much better than us, as alot of them were getting 400/500 per week.

We all knew that we were unlikely to win, but our ladbrokes were with us and for some reason had made us favourites.

We all backed the draw, and them to win (even though we tried our balls off and wouldnt have just rolled over)

We lost in extra time 4-3 but everyone collected a decent sum

IS THIS MORALLY WRONG

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
