Objection: Johnnie Walker Red Label and Johnnie Walker Black Label are two different BRANDS of whisky made by Diageo. If they are not different BRANDS then what are they?

different variations of the same brand -- denied

Nonsense, they're different brands

" A brand is a name or trademark connected with a product or producer." From wiki: brand

Do you think Diageo have different trademark filings for the different 'variations'? Of course they do, they're different brands. When you were reading up on marketing you probably didn't come across 'brands vs variations' too much eh? Cos they call the different 'variations' brands...

Farce! TM

Sharplea is getting a 5 point penalty - his ace is still counted - therefore he gets 6 for the last round

you can argue that the parent company is the brand - I interpreted the main name as the brand - will consider that objection

Object Holland - Should be The Netherlands

ooooh early and I'm still on green - therefore objection considered with humour and objectivity and

funnily and objectively fecking denied

love ya

So if Holland is acceptable why was Londonderry not accepted in a previous RSQ

because Laxie is contrary, and the second worst QM ever

The first being ?

a tie. Suited Jock. Hold or Fail. Sharplea

but as that would make Laxie the fourth worst ever we'll make Laxie the worst ever

and then we have a Londonderry question coming. One hopes Duke doesn't go all pseudo republican on us

I see Belgium made another appearance for Mrsjam  Grin
