Did he write in his will that his brain could be used for the first brain transplant ?

Made his intentions known, nothing in black and white though.

That don't matter.

Ok latest from the Crow grapevine is this;

The doc gave MJ an intravenous sedative every night to help him sleep

But the silly doc fell asleep and the pump gave MJ an overdose of sedative

So was it an accident or negligence or manslaughter , you decide

The doc gave MJ an introvenous sedative every night to help him sleep

Doubt an overdose of sedative would precipitate a cardiac arrest.

MJ's brain will be turning in its fridge at your suggestion.

OK more details and a video from Russian news

Nurse: Michael Jackson 'Desperately' Wanted Powerful Sedative:

Cherilyn Lee, a registered nurse who was working Michael Jackson as he prepared for his comeback, says the singer was so distraught that he pleaded with her for a powerful sedative despite warnings it could be harmful.

Lee tells AP that Jackson was complaining of persistent insomnia and desperately asked her to get him Diprivan (Propofol) a drug given intravenously usually used to start or maintain anesthesia during surgeries.

And although Lee told him "the medication is not safe," she fears that he somehow got his hands on Diprivan or another drug to induce sleep because of a frantic phone call she received from Jackson four days before his death.

"A member of his stuff called and was very frantic and said, 'Michael needs to see you right away.' I said, 'What's wrong?' And I could hear Michael in the background saying, 'One side of my body is hot, it's hot, and one side of my body is cold. It's very cold,'" she says.

"I said, 'Tell him he needs to go the hospital. I don't know what's going on, but he needs to go to the hospital right away. At that point, I knew that somebody had given him something that hit the central nervous system... He was in trouble Sunday and he was crying out."

reminded of a little quip overheard at Equal Chance last week.

Guy on next table leans over to his mate on my table saying "I'm getting really short here, need to make a move soon". Mateyboy says "you make a move? There's more chance of Michael Jackson making a move"

how is this murder though? this is the same sort of stuff everyones been banging on about for ages.

the arcticle was clear(if to be believed) that all this sort of stuff wasnt being pursued and something like paul mcCartney had come in his house and battered him to death with a guilded copy of the rights to the beatles back catalogue.
