I know that this isnt by best marketing (and nor am I relying on it), but I have recently set up my own consultancy.

I am a Chartered Building surveyor, and only deal with commercial premises. I guess that there will be a few people on here who own commercial property, or lease premises as partof their business operations.

So if you are buying property, know someone who is, or have leasehold property on which you require advice (I am a Dilapidations expert), please feel free to get in touch or pass someone my details.

I also deal with Contract Administration and Project Management work.

Given the nature of surveying,  I am happy to travel all over the country (providing the instruction warrants it), but I am based in Leeds.
