I have just bought an ipod shuffle for using at the gym and wanted to sync some music from my existing itunes account. When I plug it into the laptop and access itunes it seems to want me to set up a new itunes account and once I go into my existing itunes account the sync option is greyed out. Does anyone know how to get around this?

To my embarrassment my wife sorted this for me within 2 minutes.
