reasons need to be meaningful to you

targets need to be meaningful to you

goals need to be meaningful to you

90% of these props fail  - Matt is one of the few people ive seen succeed something like a year long prop - they just get mutually cancelled, bought out of etc etc

If we do this maybe I can suggest a sensible target for each of us to do by the end of March. For me that would be a loss of 2lbs per week over that period, and maybe have a fine of £50 for each lb we fail by for charity?

If we do this, there will no buy out/get out clauses, they are a waste of time.

I'm not doing a year long one either, will be away most of April anyway. 3 months is a good kick start imo.
