         After one of my mates asked me if i have any 4 bedroom houses to rent in Sheffield ,i had to turn him down as i had nothing for him at the time ,9 months down the line i had some one do a moonlight flit on me ,they had just posted the keys through my letter box with a letter explaining they had to move to Devon ,they had done a runner owing a months rent ,but as luck would have it they did`nt leave any mess .

   so i have a word with my mate and give him the first months free rent ,because he had to serve a months notice at the other place ,(theres no wonder he wants to move from this area it`s the pits of Sheffield),plus it would mean he loses his 1k bond .(which i let him keep as a good will gesture ).

            any way after 6 months he tells me he has left her ,no problem as he has told me this before ,the relationship is on of every other week,then he rings me out of the blue and tells me he`s moved in with another woman in chesterfield and she is staying put in my house.
so i`m a peeved here as i only let this house out because it was him ,i had`nt taken a bond ffs .the house was also in her name as she got it paid of the social as she had 5 kids .

         one day while going past the house i notice the front window boarded up ,wtf ,i called at the house but no one answered the door .
so left it to go back the next day ,which turned into weeks ,the same thing no answer anytime .
i have not seen his ex or any of her kids for weeks .then last sunday i get a call from one of my mates who lives up near the house to tell me there doing a moonlight flit,i shoot up to the house and find a big fat bloke carrying things out of the house ,when i ask him what he is doing he says moving them to another address ,that does`nt bother me,its when i walk through the door that i flip ,the house stinks to high heaven ,i dont think they have used a hoover for months .

                 They had an old dog which sadly had to be put to sleep 5 months ago ,there was dog pooooooooo trod into the carpets ,this after 5 months ,how the hell can anyone live like this ,the kitchen was 9 months old when they moved in with integrated fridge and freezer ,brand new oven and hob ,the place had been replasted when we did it up .(i had spent 15k on this house when we bought it )
the doors were all new .

                         3 doors were smashed as though some one had punched them ,plaster in one of the bedrooms had been hit with a hammer ,
tiles had been purposely smashed with a hammer in the bathroom ,the carpets would all have to be replaced ,full decor would have to be done
they even drew on the ceiling ,and let me tell you JT if i get hold of you you wont have hands left to mess with any ones t..s.

                  me and the wife have just finished after a week of cleaning and decorating ,this is how filthy these were ,i found three (yes 3 ) used tampons behind a wardrobe ,wtf are these people on .

                 a lot of you lot on here have met my so called mate ,i`ll keep it to myself for the time being as he says he`s going to pay towards the damages ,we`ll see .
before any one says he moved out 6 months ago and it was in his ex`s name ,there is no way i would have let her have it if i did`nt know her ,
i always do a thourough check on any one who rent`s one of my property`s .this has set me back 3 k ,i was just getting back into it with the poker ,this has now knocked me back a couple of steps.

She moves in tomorrow ,i`v been to her other house ,she has five kids ,the house is nice what she lives in now ,so there should`nt be a problem .

the other one has moved up to parsons cross ,a rough area on the other side of Sheffield ,i`v been up there last week to warn all the neighbours about the 17 year old nonce ,if he thinks he can walk about on that estate he has got another thing coming.

i now need to find 700 quid for the 23 rd of this month .so if any one wants a three bedroom house in the sheffield area give me a buz ,you must be clean.

A couple are bound to get lodged behind the wardrobe, but its pretty satisfying.

Seriously though Barry why dont you leave all this to an agent? The one i use takes a chunk but pays me if theyre empty and in this situation would be responsible for putting the house back to a rentable state.
