anyone know how to speak to sky tv support?

trying to find out the pin numbers for 2 of my sky boxs (i have sky+ multi room with 2 addition boxes) every time i follow the instructions that i get on the automated answer machine i get an error, and i cant get to speak to an operator

also need to stop them shutting down the sky box if its not being watched as my mother set up to vcr a program and goes out for evening when she gets back the sky has shut down and she get a video of a blue screen she cant get sky+ as it would reduce the number of boxes we can have (mum soaps dad sport and my porn)

your welcome glad your back in mums good books    not sure but if you havent changed the pin it should be the first 4 numbers of your viewing card,i cant stop sky asking for a pin number for a lot of programs ,would like to know myself, turning off parental control dosent work.

no idea sorry,prob do have to phone, i set my pin to 1111 ,its not a security risk or anything ,very quick to do when sky asks you for it and easy to remember
