Well ladies and gentlemen I have scoured the markets............for about 20 seconds. Leicester Tigers at 12 to 1 to win the Heineken cup is a great price. Last seasons beaten finalists with a whole host of missing players means this is a must do bet.

So what to do for the treble. Well the banker to my untrained eye is Portsmouth. Half their catchment area is water. A dodgy arab not quite bought the club. Financial chaos. Best players leaving faster than a speeding ticket. Crappy odds mind but 100/30 bankers are few and far between. Oh and I once got a speeding ticket at 1.30am coming back from a West Ham v Pompey game.

And so to the third of my selections. At the last Blondebash master Flushy told me that there was no way Newcastle would go down. It hurt. Could my judgement be wrong? Of course it could, but luckily for me by the narrowest of margins I was right. Now listen up Newcastle fans I have forgiven the loss of my tooth. Punched out as I walked next to a policeman going back to the inter city special in the seventies. Unfortunately there is too much value at 14-1. Every time somebody looks at the books they pull away. Why? There are things in there not aired yet. Ashleys retail stores not doing well, rumour has it. A prospective buyer would buy it much cheaper from administration even with a ten point deduction. No manager. No players. Every other teams cup final all season. The fans discontent. Understandable except for the fact that if the fans had not been instrumental in the removal of Allardyce I fancy they would not be in this position. You couldn't write this stuff as fiction and get away with it.

Bets that didn't quite make it. Saracens to get relegated from the Guinness Premiership. Couldn't find a price. Loads of discontent and rumour has it that Venter the coach has lost the players already and doesn't know what he is doing.
West Ham to get relegated at 14-1. Losing experience. Buying kids. Dodgy financials. My team was the only thing that saved them from going in the bet to be honest.

So yet again I chase the elusive five figure win from £120. Two years out of three I have been close........maybe this year in the words of the razor advert I will get closer still.

So are you saying Portsmouth at 100/30 to get relegated? And Newcastle - is that 14/1 for them to get relegated as well?

I always had a sneaking suspicion that you were a member of "The Inter-City Mob"

I actually have no idea what you have backed here, i know you took Leicester Tigers at 12 to 1 to win the Heineken cup. Apart from that i see Pompey and Newcastle in there somewhere to win something?

Details?

I think the bet is-

Leicester to win Heinken Cup 12/1
Pompey to be relegated 100/30
Newcastle to be relegated 14/1

Treble, but tbh Snat could have backed the finding of Loch Monster this year and I would be none the wiser.

It's easier to understand Nostradamus's pre-season bets.

Oh for gods sake...... Try and make it a little bit more interesting and you all fall off the thread like a load of scalextric cars. I mean what do you expect at 8.26 am. Clarity?Huh?

Leicester Tigers to win the Heineken Cup 12-1
Portsmouth to be relegated from the premiership 100 - 30
Newcastle to be relegated from the championship 14-1

A £30 trixie........... now that should be clear enough for everyone. Kinnear FTW
