This is just shocking ettiquete and players shud be shot for doing this! This is obv a self dealt tourney as the dealer shouldnt proceed untill their hands have been mucked! If this is a dealer dealt table then the dealer should be shot!!

Why do people wanna keep hands just to prove they can fold a hand like A 10 or a small pocket pair!

Absolutely.

You see the same idiots doing it time after time, they wanna medal for folding A-T or somesuch, "look what I folded". I saw a geezer rabbit-hunting at Luton last week - grabbed the deck & looked at the 2nd card down! Dealer never said a word.

Have them shot, I say.

Yep, it was me and experienced player. He wanted to see if he hit his gutshot.

Different scenario - what's your opinion on this.

A situation occurred at DTD in the satellite to the £300 monthly event a couple of weeks ago.  I was at the table but not in the hand.  

The guy on my immediate right who was in middle position pushed all in pre-flop (he was quite short stacked).  It folded round to a guy in the small blind who called (he had chips behind).  The big blind says "I don't know what to do" (he was obviously considering a call for the value) and the small blind who had already called said "I've got 2 picture cards".  The BB folded.  The guy on my right scooped the pot.  He would have trebled up rather than doubling up if the BB had called, but the SB telling him what he had (he was telling the truth) put him off calling.  

I spoke up about it after the hand had played out because I felt that the behaviour was poor.  The dealer called the floor and Danny (yogi bear) said it was too late because no-one spoke up before the hand was played out and that actually the guy could say whatever he wanted.  I said I thought that that was true if the SB and BB were the only 2 in the hand, but where another player was all in, they were effectively colluding imo.  

Any thoughts?
