this is one thing that always made me a little uncomfortable with shows like this. I read something recently that suggests something's being done to counteract that now though, will see if I can find the link.

edit: here it is. Can't find the original story though. Hopefully it'll be more than lipservice.

i am an assistant editor for x factor and i can assure you this series is gonna be the best one so far. some quality acts (for both good and bad reasons lol), a few faces from the past few years are back, and me spending countless hours looking at cheryl cole Smiley
