i think when u get get called on the flop ur about 80% sure ur beaten and 100% sure ur beaten on the turn but it was a bad card for u

You should just be folding to the $1 flop bet that got called. Raising the pot here is terrible. Raising at all is bad imo...

preflop is bad, that flop raise is terrible, what worse hands will call that and what better ones will fold? Once you have bet that flop (not sure if its for value or as a bluff, bluff is better) and villains call, do not bet the turn. When villain raises the turn, save your money.

Id suggest reading some basic theory books or on 2+2. Thats not meant as a rubdown, just will speed up your learning and get you on the right track.

I have read a few bits in books, quite happy to learn more. I seem to do alright for long periods building up the roll slowly and then have a moment of madness and lose most of the hard work.
