Really basic hands. These are from $16 18 man SNGs...

This seems to occur a lot, the big blind donk betting when 1 overcard hits. Sometimes I raise, sometimes I call, sometimes I pass. I think raising can commit too many chips, folding seems too weak, and calling leads to double barrels fairly often. What's the best option generally?

Uber basic, but QQ is a shove here right? 3bet looks too strong, QQ not quite strong enough to flat call? Shove disguises strength of our hand a bit, but the only problem is he needs like 99+, AQs+ to call I think (but I guess donks might call of lighter)...

1st meh depends if i know anything about the player at all, im assuming the players at this level aint great? hard to comment on correct play with no reads. id prob call the small turn bet re-evaluate on river.

2nd hand, shove, only got 11 blinds, hes basically getting 2-1 (call 1715 to win 3215) pretty sure hell call u wider than u think

As much as I hate open folding UTG I would only be calling you with two or three hands there, unless he has you for a mug, I don't think you're going to risk bubbling against the chip leader when two guys are getting short (well....) so on the whole I think shoving Queens (or ATC!) takes down that pot almost every time.....the rest of the time you're racing and you're ahead most likely

In the first hand....I usually limp Jacks (probably bad)...BB's play makes me believe he is the type who would raise a weak ace from BB, I'd call and look to fold to any overs if he doesn't check at least once... as played I think calling the flop is ok as opposed to raising as he might have to check the turn, or if you hit the jack you will probably get loads of value if he likes to keep firing....I hate these hands though and lose far too much with them early doors. Anyone just flat out fold the jacks up front and wait to play something from better position? (No i wouldn't either..)
