I have been given 5 x $55 WSOPE satellite tokens to give away and thought who better to give them to than the players here. The only problem, if you can call it that, is that I am only allowed to give them to players signing up for a NEW account.

So here's the deal. Players who sign up for their first account on Betfair Poker need to send me a PM with their alias at the tables so that we can check if you are new and that you are correctly tagged to Blonde Poker for rakeback purposes. Then five new accounts will be chosen at random and they will be registered for the $55 WSOPE satellite on Sunday 13 September.

Players will either be signed up for the 1230 UK time or 1330 UK time satellite, I will not know which until the Gaming Manager gets back to me on Sunday morning.

New players need to create their new account by 2359 Saturday 12 September and have sent their alias to me by that time also.

Thanks for all your views and opinions.

For what its worth I agree with most of whats been said. i agree thatBetfair can enter whoever they want when there is such a large overlay although I am still of the opinion that if you are playing for free (especially with such a huge payout structure) you have a massive edge on the rest of the field. Its just not fair and i feel that in this day and age in an industry already tainted with all sorts of allegations of disripute that it was a poor decision.

Also I had a phone call in response to my complaint (amazing!!). The gent on the other end was ok I suppose. At least he was there. Anyway, he informed me that the seats were given away by Petrer Jepson as part of a danish promotion. This much we already guessed i suppose. He also said that it was very apparent that it was a major fck up by Betfair to enter the players in the way that they did and he was very apologetic about this.
He also informed me that Betfair have checked all the transcripts of chat box conversations and all was fine. This i doubt some how. He also said that the play in the final hour has been checked and again all was fine. Make of that what you will.
Anyway, the conversation ended with an offer of a seat in the daily $55 sat to next weeks final. i accepted and won the seat so at least i get another chance on Sunday.

its an absolute fking joke how you got away with this tbh. i still play on your site daily, but thats only due to the incredibly uncompetitive online european market at the moment. That sort of activity reveals that sort of shady management and malign practices that wouldnt cut it in a regulated sectoer. Im pissed as i write this, but this is the word, u guys fucked up.
