Steve Holden - Avillan - on here won the Gala Poker Tour Liverpool event at the wekeend for £12k

80 odd runners


After winning a leg in 2007 and the 2007 Grand Final Mr Avillan has now won three of these, which is pretty good going

I was meaning to post a thread about this myself actually. Such a shame for Steve that the WSOPE is on right now, because its took the attention away from what is a mighty impressive feat. Well done Steve

Thank you all for your nice comments.

Must point out though that I didnt win the Grand final 2007 (would have been nice too though)
was infact £200 and £500 Nottingham legs back to back and cashed final table of the £1000 grand final in Bristol.

Just need some luck now to win the sponsorship table although that wont be easy as it looks like Eddie Lundon will be on there as well with Chris Brammer, Mark Trett, Tom Macdonald, Jim O'Connell along with the Bristol winner in october also the league winner as well.
