Muse on Italian TV show "Quelli Che Il Calcio" recently, where they were apparently asked to mime their new single, "Uprising". The band were so outraged by the request that they decided to play a practical joke on producers.

Drummer Dom Howard was sent out to front the group and do "vocals", while singer Matt Bellamy took over stick duties. The comical results can be seen below, alongside the subsequent interview with the show's glamorous host, who makes it clear she has no clue who is actually in Muse, as Howard plays his frontman role to perfection while she blunders through question after question and an interpreter booms the responses in the background.

Believe it or not it is the Italian eqivalent of Soccer Saturday.

Actually, if you watch it closely, they've all changed instruments. Matt's switched from Vocals/guitar/keys to Drums, Chris is playing Guitar/Keys whilst Dom is playing Bass along with doing the vocals.

Normal lineup:

Matt: Vocals, Guitar, Piano, Keys etc
Chris: Bass, backing
Dom: Drums, backing.

Stupid italians anyway, Muse are the best live band ive seen - much rather have them playing live than miming"

A great vid that - WP Muse.

is the new Muse album a covers album?  does it credit the writers of the music on the new single.

Sold out Sad

This track requires two drummers anyway? And I think the bassist was a drummer by trade originally but gave that up for Muse? And the real drummer is actually the only member of the band who can't sing properly? So confusing.
I don't think the crowd say 'Clooney' at all, I think it's 'E' lui!'/'Ecco lui' (It's him) when he makes the drummer reference. She then starts asking who has the bigger house, him or George Clooney? lol She'll be mortified when this is all explained to her.
