Advice on disconnections plse?

I am just wondering what my rights are if any as i was playing a $20 six pack on will hills and i got disconnected after the very 1st hand,i was unable to reconnect to the server for about 10 mins,when i did manage to get back in the game their was myself(the short stack) and 2 other players,anyway i`m being patient waiting for a hand with approx 600 in chips and am lucky enough to hit a str8 with a player betting into me,i then get disconnected again,once again i reconnect and get back in the game,now i have 350 in chips,3 all ins and i knock out 1 player so i`m in the money and heads up,i then get disconnected again but this time by the time i get back the game is over,i know i cant say i would have gone on to win it but i would at least like to have had the chance,thats what we pay are buy ins for is it not?anyway getting back to the point has anyone else had a similar experience and is it worth complaining about to the people at will hills or does this kind of thing happen all the time and just fall on deaf ears? Any help in this matter will be appreciated

If you were alone in disconnecting, they will tell you it is your internet connection and therefore not their fault and will hence refund no money.

If it was a mass disconnection due to their software you may get some joy but it does not sound like it was.

If you are a big player you may get some joy.

My Laptop nearly went through the window last night.

$1 9 seat speed STT on VC, I have AQ hearts and as I am in a "can't be bothered mood", I decide I am going all in - just as it's my turn - BANG VC discons me - eventually it comes back, my hand folded and there sat on the table heart heart heart, 3 or 4 people in the hand all called a raise.  I was spitting!

Everything was fine, but we had an all-in every hand muppet on the table, up pops AK, I think sod it I'm going all in, next thing - yep you  guessed it BANG - discon - comes back hand is over.  Discons were now happening every two minutes, the air in my living room was blue.

I managed, God only knows how, to make it to three handed, and Mr all in muppet decides to go all in again, at this point I have had enough and manage to call the all in - BANG off it goes again - when it eventually comes back, I'm heads up with one of my friends - she goes all in, I call and BANG off it goes again - when it eventually comes back my screen has froze showing the flop and both our hands - pretty obvious she has won, but does my table close - NOPE it stays there - rubbing it in.

I literally had to shut VC down and reopen it again to clear the bloody table off my desktop.  How many discons did I have after that?  One!  At which point I switched over to Blue Square and had a peaceful hour with no disconns.

How the hell I managed to get 2nd with a discon every two mins I will never know.  lol
