OK we were having this discussion last night. What price Ronaldo getting 50 goals in all competitions this season (excluding international matches)
He has scored 9 goals in 7 games.
I think if Real make it to the final of the spanish cup and cl final he will play another 51 games assuming he stays fit/no suspensions/no squad rotation
So what is a fair price? And is it even worth a punt???

He still has the talent but I doubt he will get many starts and will probably get injured.
Oh wait, thats the Michael Owen thread.
I would need more than 10-1. How many did he score for Man U a couple of years back? It was 40 odd I think, I guess its possible being as the Spanish league spend more on hot dog vendors than they do defence. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a bookie somewhere with a similar sort of market.

20's is realistic I reckon. Local bookie thinks he can get away with 12s as it's Ronaldo. Kev is nuts. Blatch was obv going to lay 4-1 with you..then dump it all on with the bookie at 12-1 and makes a ridic amount of money. |
