Didn't rate Josesph. Surprised Olly drifted but Danyl was pretty awesome tonight.
Dannii probably got herself out of a job tonight. Sure is need for that sort of comment on a singing contest show.

Sure is need for that sort of comment on a singing contest show.
of course it is, fuck the contestants, if they want to do that sort of reality t.v then after it having been about for over 10 years now they should know the turn out, the boundaries are being pushed, the average public watching are being corrupted and conned, society is changing on such a big scale because of this sort of disposable t.v show that goes with the facebook, W.A.G.S, generation and if you want to exploit society to get your 5 Min's of fame then expect in turn to be exploited, it's a reciprocal arrangement out of with a very few people other than the elite benefit, good guide for the way the world works really, dont feel sorry for them thats for sure.

This is all just bs Mr pp. I respect that you say what you feel and are a very straight talker and i usually like your views on things but i think you've overcomplicated this one. If somebody wants their 5 mins of fame and our modern day society wants to dig all the dirt up on them then thats going to happen. The media will take care of that because that's "what the people want".
Simply this is a judge on a singing contest. Somebody that gave a great performance and the comment he got back was a hint that he might be gay. WTF??? Just doesn't fit in with the show. It's not about feeling sorry for him it's just a useless comment hence there being no need for it.

lol come on m8, of course it fits wit the show, its a freak show, a media freak show, it has to be to maintain its popularity, it mightve been a singing contest when it was new, like pop idol etc but now its ridic, 3 times in their comments tonight one judge or another said that(this is after the first round tonight remember) that the act they were commenting on were already superstars, disgusting!!!!!! you KNOW that theyre never going to be heard from again, im not saying its not always been bollox but you used to be able to ride on the back of a good run on a reality t.v program, now even if you win it you probs wont be heard of again after a year, its such a fucking wind up now, you can tell the Judges could not give a shit, Simon gets 8 pay cheques for being a judge, owning the show, the record company, being a producer on the show etc and he's so over the top with his comments its like he cant even be botherd to con the public into believing that he gives a shit, louis walsh cant believe his luck about how much he's being paid and being on primetime t.v, that northen idiot is loving playing up to the vacuous stereotype of t.v show panel Judges that cry and spout shit, its like its her lifetime dream to be a complet fucking idiot and its all gone to danni minougue's head, get it right it is NOT a singing contest, its a format for a very Small group of people to get even wealthier at the expense of everyone else

So at the start it was joe public's chance to be a star and now it's a show where people make alot of money and joe public have 5 mins of fame. But what you're saying makes the comment even less appropriate for the show. Simon knows how to milk this cash cow and like you say is making ridic amounts of money from it.
The daft comments of "your a star" at week 1 are daft but they're put in to try and build compeition where it isn't and people perceive it to be a really close thing that anyone can win. A couple of years ago we could have given the contract to Leona on week 1 and we all knew it but had to go through 10 weeks of trying to pretend there was still a contest. This comment will get people talking about the show but it's hardly a wise move given that it could have offended part of its viewing audience and risk viewer numbers going down. Whether you want to view it as a money making machine or simply a singing contest i don't think the comment had any place in either.

i understand what you're saying but i think theres an inherent implication now with reality t.v that it will be tacky and inappropriate, you have to factor that in when you go and accept when something like this happends, reality t.v by definition doesn't have parameters.
they should be more socially aware now when saying the "already a superstar" stuff, you had that 8 year old girl crying her eyes out and the winner of Britain's got talent losing it it just shows that people cant handle the comedown and the pressure, its morally wrong for their own purpose to say that shit, but like i said its a quid pro quo situation where if you know its like that but still go on and let it affect you thus then fck them for being idiots imo.

The guy with all the hair murdered 'Get it on' and they all had a mini rave about it, eh ?
Also, the builging eyed 'are thee kind o ghey ?', I'll spell my name wrong for cool points, bloke. Why he so liked ? Puffed up, annoying, not really a singer but his facial expressions would go down well in stage shows where even from the back you could see his eyes a bulgin' and his face a grimacin'
Who was that lad who did the Timberlake number. Can't sing, won't sing - truly dreadful.
Thought Olly and Lucy were alright and Stacy ? (coldplay girl) was OK till she spoke (-9 pts for speakage, and what a wierd outfit - looked like a plumber in drag)

Danyl was awesome, I can't believe they were giving him a rub down and what Dannii was doing is just beyond belief. Thought the kid from South Shiels was amazing two, definatley the top two of the night from me. I quite like Miss Frank too, best of the groups.
