I will seeing as i wont be able to participate

And I assume there will be standard Ready, Steady, Cook rules?

i.e. you can also use any standard pantry ingredients as well?

to make it intresting i think cia should pick 3 ingrediants and someone else pick 3

then you get a fun assorment and not 6 ingrdiants that someone might think would go together
